1. Who we are

SM Inyanda (Pty) Ltd (Registration No. 2023/111640/07) is a South African company providing telecommunications, renewable energy and power infrastructure services. For the purposes of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), we are the Responsible Party for the personal information we collect through this website.

2. Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect:

• Your full name
• Your email address
• Your phone number (optional)
• The service you are enquiring about
• Any information you provide in the message field

We may also collect basic technical information (such as anonymised analytics on pages visited) to help us improve the site. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

3. How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and provide a quotation
• To arrange site visits, consultations and project delivery
